iSEODANG India Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all iSEODANG in India and aims to establish a fair and transparent
refund process between students and the academy. All refund requests will be
processed in accordance with this policy.
Cancellation After the Start of Classes
Refunds are not available after the classes have started.
In special circumstances, refunds may be considered upon submission of valid
supporting documents, such as: A medical emergency involving the student or their immediate family.
Situations rendering the student unable to continue their studies.
Refund requests in such cases must be submitted within
seven days of the occurrence of the special circumstance.
Absence or Delay in Attendance
Refunds are not available for classes missed due to personal reasons.
No refund requests will be accepted for non-attendance.
Class Transfers
Class transfer requests may be made only within the first four classes of the enrolled class.
Transfers will not be permitted under any circumstances after the fourth class.
Bank Fees
Any bank fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the student and deducted from the refund amount.
1. General Refund Policy
Cancellation Before the Start of Classes
Students may request a cancellation and refund up to 48 hours before the start of the class.
The refunded amount will exclude payment processing fees (typically INR 200–300).
Requests will only be acknowledged if submitted by the student or their legal guardian
and will be processed based on the date of receipt.
2. Refund Process
Submitting a Refund Request
All refund requests must be submitted by the student or their parent/guardian through
the contact details provided at registration (email, phone number, etc.).
Requests made by third parties will not be accepted.
Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within a maximum of 72 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Additional 3–5 business days may be required for the refund to be credited to the customer’s account.
